RETURN POLICY
ALL returns must be made within 30 days after the date the product was shipped to you. We are liable for license fees after 30 days and cannot make any exceptions.
FIRST CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE (800-613-0119)
and get a Return Authorization Number so you can receive credit. Sending the package back to the factory will not insure credit because the factory doesn't handle billing.

BEFORE YOU UNWRAP
your package - Please make sure it is the correct product and size you ordered. This will be visible on the label for each mural.
If it is not what you ordered, call customer service (800-613-0119) for a Return Authorization Number, return the package, and we will replace the product with the correct one and credit you for the cost of shipping.
AFTER YOU UNWRAP
your package - Please check to see if any of the printing is defective.
IF PRINTING IS DEFECTIVE
Call customer service (800-613-0119) for a Return Authorization Number, return the package, and we will replace the product with a new one and credit you for the cost of the shipping.
IF YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT - PLEASE DON'T OPEN IT:
Do not unwrap the product to receive credit. Products must be unopened, and in their original condition so we can resell them. There is a restocking charge of 25% of the invoice (excluding any tax and shipping) on unwanted product returns.
Call customer service (800-613-0119) for a Return Authorization Number, return the package, and we will credit you for 75% of the total invoice amount (excluding tax and shipping). Return shipping is at your expense.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION PLEASE INSURE:
You should insure your return shipping, as we will not be able to issue you a credit if the package(s) are damaged or lost.
IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN OPENED
we will not issue a credit, and if you want the items returned to you, there will be a cost of shipping plus a $20 handling fee.

SHIPPING POLICY
We guarantee that all in-stock items will be shipped by our fulfillment house within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Credit card orders are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping charges are determined by the method you choose.

You have a choice of shipping services and prices which are calculated before checkout.
ESTIMATING DELIVERY DATES
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- United States Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
- Overnight services are an option if order is placed before 12 noon ET for next day delivery.
OUT OF STOCK NOTICE
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail you with a backorder notification, which tells when you can expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation.
